Seven students from the Eden Area Regional Occupational Program traveled to Kansas City, Missouri on June 22, 2011 to participate in the 47th annual SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLCS) where they excelled in the Crime Scene Investigation, Criminal Justice, and Culinary Arts competitions to place third, fifth, and twelfth, respectively, out of over 5,600 students, who were already gold medalists in the State championships.
